Appointments are required for all Hair and Spa Services. However, we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To ensure availability of our Services, we suggest that you pre-book your next appointment before you leave. In addition, as a reminder, we do provide a courtesy call the day before your next scheduled appointment.
Cancellations: We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. We politely ask New Clients for a credit card number to secure their appointment.
Payment Options: We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Check(with proper I.D.)
Refunds & Returns: In keep our guarantee to provide excellent Service to our customers, de Spa will be happy to accept exchanges on damaged products. However, we do not give cash refunds on Services, Gift Certificate purchases, or pre-paid Services.
